Thoughts about the future of UI that excite me: 1. Complex web interfaces are dead in the long term. They are solving human perception limitations that will no longer be relevant. No one will want to learn how to use complex UIs in the future. If this is your app's

If anynoe needed more convincing that agents are the new browsers. DoorDash (!) is going headless.

Today we're opening up the DoorDash CLI in limited beta. `dd-cli` lets you order DoorDash directly from your agent: search stores, find the best deals, check out, and more. Early access for US/Canadian macOS developers by waitlist. Excited to see what folks build!

Huge! 🚀 The future is actually mostly headless, where agents interact with websites using agentic endpoints - not human UI. So for now, it's a temporary bridge. No WebMCP support yet (working on that) - but it brings us closer to closing the loop for the agentic web!

Claude Code on desktop now has an in-app browser. Claude can pull up docs, designs, or any other site. It can read, click through, and interact the same way it does with your local dev servers. It's sandboxed and configurable: you choose whether sessions persist.

A good overview of the two emerging standards in the agentic web: ai-catalog and ARD. Backed by Google, Microsoft, Nvidia and many others - these standards will shape how agents discover and use the web. Ora Directory by @oradotai is the official implementation for both. 🚀

Ora is now the official implementation of the two pillars of the agentic web: ARD and ai-catalog. Introducing ora.directory. Expose agentic resources from any domain using the ai-catalog standard. Search any agentic resource on the web with Agentic Resource Discovery.

Recently I have been hacking with some folks from Google on a prototype of a "nearly headless" AI browser. It doesn't have websites and tabs, but instead works headlessly with the web, and only pulls UI for the last mile of human interaction. This is the future of browsers ✨
