The most famous girl in our program got a pic with the most famous coach in women's college basketball yesterday. @UConnWBB 's Geno Auriemma & Chris Dailey couldn't have been nicer to Aubrey 🙏🙏

Rest in Peace to an incredible man. Tony Huml was with us from the beginning of LiR. He leaves a tremendous void behind to those that loved him. Grace, character, grit, love, and kindness personified. Love you brother, you & your teaching will live on in all of us ❤️🙏❤️

Great team defense starts with how well you guard the ball as individuals. The most important pillar, no doubt. Reaching/lunging, leaning forward, & poor closeouts are your typical issues that need correction.

Dear Kids - You don't have to "Grind" everyday. That's nonsense being sold to you by an adult. Likely an adult with an agenda. It's not healthy & not ideal for your development. You should have FUN everyday. That's it. Have goals/direction, but have fun. It's ok, I promise.

Congrats to 2022 Black for a tourney championship in their division at the Nike ToC @niketoc !! 4-1 in Pool play. Played their best game yet in the championship. Won big to finish up 5-1. Girls played tough & together all tourney long 💪💪

Wisconsin is the best state in the nation for D3 hoops. If you're getting interest/attention from one of our D3 schools you are a baller & should feel really proud. Elite level hoops with fantastic coaching, academics, culture, etc...
