Why does Halo: Campaign Evolved’s Assault Rifle have 32 rounds instead of 60 like the original? Because Halo 3’s Assault Rifle has 32 rounds. My guess is that they’re unifying elements of the original trilogy through this process of remaking Halo 1-3.

Halo 4 released on November 6th, 2012. 13 years ago I rushed home from the midnight launch at GameStop to see if this new company could make a game worthy of the Halo name. I beat it in one sitting & was floored. For me, Halo 4 was another great entry in my favorite franchise.

Halo Infinite brought back a classic art style, iconic music & familiar gameplay. It modernized the Halo we love, but it didnt sell well. I dont feel like there has ever been a clear answer & theres several metrics for which you can reach a conclusion… Was Infinite successful?

343/Halo Studios has successfully pivoted back to what many wanted Halo to look like after the Halo 4 and Halo 5: Guardians years. Not enough is said about how great that is.
