- UPDATE: they had chips. Vet called owner who stayed they let them out purposely because they no longer wanted them. If anyone is able to take them please let me know. Idk how someone can do this. It makes me so sad. I have 3 dogs & have no room for 2 more.We were filling up water when we found these 2 cuties roaming around in the rain, we found them in Avondale on crossroads Dysart & Buckeye.
