life update: i've joined the @openclaw foundation as member of technical staff. i couldn't be more excited to be working alongside some really great people to make AI more fun, less scary, and maybe kinda weird. 🦞

In Sol, I’ve used one session to do a single gigantic, multi-PR refactor. Told it to keep a ledger to help, but I’m on week 2 or 3 of lots of long-running work in the same session and it hasn’t dropped a detail.

Coming from Codex the weirdest thing about Claude is it saying "I'm close to my context limit, so I'd rather not start anything substantial and do it badly." I'm used to not even thinking about the context window with Codex.

Still figuring this out. I'm fine with highly precise, technical language but sometimes things just border on jibberish.

Setup an LOC ratchet in the project to keep some files from growing too big: Codex code golfed around this by revising comments down and consolidating redundant variable references. 😂 Guess everything is a reward driver now.

The unlock to this strategy is equipping your team with the automated tooling infra to test their work, too.

A slide from our last all hands. I've also started to call out this behavior publicly in Slack channels. Tired of consuming workslop
