    theory: its both marketing and cost cutting. they time the hard resets for when most people still have high remaining quota, because they just used banked resets. thats also likely what causes the outages for them to have this stated reason. for example this time people

    this made me notice that Qwen3.8-Max-Preview is a lot faster for small frontend changes and does better work than what GPT 5.6 Sol low does in 15 minutes, it does it in 4-5 minutes too 💀 - I have to say, that it's rather small layout changes etc.
