    BREAKING - The redistricting reform constitutional amendment will be on the November ballot in #Ohio. The Ohio Secretary of State's office says backers of it submitted 535,005 valid petition signatures - more than the roughly 414,000 needed to put it on the ballot.

    BREAKING - The Ohio Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit that sought to keep off the ballot an amendment that could enshrine abortion rights into the constitution. This clears the way for the amendment to be before voters this November.

    I am in Delaware County right now with US Sen Sherrod Brown. It’s a Republican county that has been growing more purple in recent years. He’s talking about bills he’s sponsored or backed to increase worker protection, veterans care and protect retirements. He says he’ll win Delco

    Trump says he wants “one day voting paper ballots” & no mail in voting. Ohio used to have a law that made it hard to vote by mail. After some voters spent more than 6 hrs in line in 2004 and others left because they couldn’t wait, Ohio lawmakers now allow no fault absentee voting

    BREAKING - Abortion in Ohio is now banned at the point a fetal heartbeat can be detected. That's about 6 weeks into a pregnancy before many women know they are pregnant. A federal court just lifted the stay put on the law passed in 2019 when Roe was still in effect.
