    Whatever one may think of Dominic Cummings, it is hard for anyone who has had serious exposure to UK government to completely disagree with these points, and I know many hard-working people within the Civil Service who would agree with much of them.

    Since the UK banned financial advisers from getting commissions for pushing expensive active funds, 92% of money has gone into efficient passive funds (unlike the EU). A massive win for retail investors.
