- 2018 - quit hard drugs and hard alcohol 2019 - quit cigarettes 2020 - quit drinking beer and alcohol for good 2024 - quit smoking weed 2025 - started going to church What’s next??
- 67 days no weed. Jan 1st I decided to toss my stash on a fire and haven’t looked back. Can’t lead my family while being a slave to a plant.
- 1 year ago today I tossed all my weed onto a bonfire and challenged myself to one year living weed free. I made it!! And I’m never looking back.

- Just chatting with wife 5 years ago we were both heavy smokers, drinkers, stoners, employees, childless, goalless and godless Now we are sober, self employed, stay at home/home schooling, 3 children, goals galore, and with god I’m so excited about this life we are creating 💙

- 45 days. This is the longest stretch of true sobriety I’ve had since I was 13 years old. Feeling pretty proud.

- Yesterday morning my pregnant wife was feeling a bit off, so we brought her up to the emergency room and I took the boys up to Nana’s house and I headed into work. She’s 33+ weeks… Almost had all my tools unloaded and she called letting me know she was being flown to the city
