A lot of the common viewpoints on procrastination are wrong. Procrastination isn’t primarily a function of fatigue or energy or lack of motivation.
Its primary cause is low-grade, pervasive stress and anxiety. And I found this out the hard way…

Your problems are never one hire or one funding round away from being solved — The best that a new hire or new round can do is amplify solutions that are already in place.
According to McKinsey’s report on Covid-19 below, if we can contain the virus, a fraction will die, and they predict the economy would return to pre-crisis levels by Q3 2020. If we can’t contain/we see resurgences, they predict 2023.
