- 2 years ago, I was a laid-off commercial set designer with no pamdemic income support as a freelancer in the US. I applied & lived off of artist grants, listened to @bankless podcasts while i made art, started contributing to DAOS, & now I'm rounding out my year at @0xPolygon
- last week I was impacted by the 19% lay off at Polygon Labs. fortunately, this means i'll be sharing more of my knowledge via a series of articles I get to write during my break. here's the 1st one: mirror.xyz/jacqvaca.eth/c… special ty to @cherdougie for inspiring the title 🙏🏽

i am getting properly dressed up tonight in mumbai. will be completely sorted for the next indian wedding i get invited to. - 💜@ChadHugghins said i should get an outfit pic after our studios panel in times square, and if i had to have one nyc tourist photo, this would be it. thanks for all your support since day 0, Chad. you make working for @polygonstudios a no-brainer.
- woke up in the middle of the night. couldn't sleep. web3 dreams. just applied for the @FWBtweets fellowship. it's all connected.
- i do so admire my @0xPolygon colleagues yah, we don't always see eye to eye on everything, probably cause we are a passionate, trailblazing group. still, i respect the heck outta everyone wearing purple with pride 💜 we are faaaamily 💜 🫡
- i helped take part in one of the oldest social protocols (traditions) in the world: an indian marriage. congrats to @sarkazein7 & Pratiksha
