Agents can call APIs. They can't sign up or pay for them. That just changed. Apify brought ~20,000 web automation tools to x402. Agent hits the endpoint → gets HTTP 402 → wallet pays in USDC on Base → tool runs. No account. No API key. Built on x402 by Coinbase.
