📣 Great news as we start the fall term ... Ihab Ilyas has been named a Fellow of RSC! He has made significant contributions in ranking, ML for large-scale data linkage, and gen-AI systems for automatic data cleaning, as well as co-founding two start-ups. cs.uwaterloo.ca/news/professor…

After some very fun years at MIT, I'm really excited to be joining CMU as an assistant professor in Jan 2026! A big (huge!) thanks to my advisors (@aleks_madry @KonstDaskalakis), collaborators, mentors & friends. In the meantime, I'll be a Stein Fellow at Stanford Statistics.
