A few more pictures of Darmor Club. The golf pictures are of the “Road hole” and the one is looking back at the 16th “Cardinal.” Then a picture of the clubhouse from right of 18 fairway
Out of all the things @TigerWoods has done in his career, today was the greatest lesson for all junior golfers out there that he’s ever given. That finish after the 10 on 12 was self control at the highest level!!
Well, the PGA tour as we’ve known it for so long is being forced to change. I know that many have different opinions about all that’s going on, how does everyone feel about it? I was taught to not bite the hand that’s fed me. Loyalty is a thing of the past I guess.
Reflecting back on my career, if I hit a million balls in practice, I wish I would’ve hit half as many balls and taken twice as many practice swings without a ball. The ball owns you because you need a result and in a practice swing your mind is open to change!!!
I’m pleased to announce that on June 30th, I’m starting a brand new program called Let’s Talk Golf. Let's Talk Golf is going to focus entirely on the mental game. I'm going to teach you how I made a living thinking my way around the course and winning 14 times on the PGA Tour.
Just a correction, the PGA magazine put me in there obituaries as having passed away January 19th!!! I didn’t and I’m alive and well just putting the finishing touches on Darmor Club before our opening June 1. Thanks to all who have checked up on me.😊
Let me be very clear, I’m so happy for Cameron Smith winning the TPC and I hope he surpasses me in wins. He’ll continue to see the locker and I won’t. I was just trying to help young golfers make a high percentage decision when leading by several strokes.
Hey Cameron, you’ll need one more to match your locker mate. The next time you get to 18 with a three shot lead, leave the driver in the bag. Less drama and easier on you.
After 5 years of teaching I can’t believe how little I knew about the swing while playing 22 years on the @PGATOUR . I don’t think I was an isolated case either. I don’t think many of my peers knew a lot about the swing but we knew a lot about playing golf.
Great evening last night at the Payne Stewart Awards Ceremony. @JustinRose99 was sensational and seeing old friends is always special. The highlight of any golfers career is being the recipient of this great award. I think of Payne often, golf misses him.
