    Fifty leads at the top of your queue. Sort them newest-first, the CRM default, and about 2 ever buy. Re-rank the same 50 on the funnel's own ladder (a test drive beats a long call beats silence) and about 13 buy. Same leads, same reps. The label was the lever, not the model.

    @TrustVanta went from under $20M to north of $100M ARR in about 3 years against 40+ copycats. Same product, copied 40 times. @KillCreek ran it, and her read is the least romantic in the CRO literature: execution is the only moat. The strategy was never the problem.
