Yea it’s cap. The website contribution confirmation pages are .com pages. The official accounts are all on .gov
Pretty sure this is cap. Dont think you can send directly to accounts using crypto in any way currently. Would need to convert to fiat and send fiat so unless I see some proof I don’t think so 🤷🏽♂️
