We got the sad news yesterday that our friend and former KEARTH jock Jim Carson has passed away. He was a great guy and a true radio pro. R.I.P., Jim, and thanks for many years of great radio and friendship.
RIP Tina Turner, one of the nicest people I've ever met. We hung out a half-dozen times. She told me how she taught Mick Jagger to dance the Pony, and that her style icon was Jackie Onassis. Like everyone who met her, I loved her.
OK, enough already!! Bob Saget has passed at the age of 65. He was a good friend to us, headlining multiple shows for the USO. R.I.P. to an excellent guy.
