- I see a lot of talk about the future of #humancentreddesign A design methodology should bake in ethical practice, and solve for people while deeply considering their context and environment. So I’ve been thinking about spiralising the design process. 🧵
- Confounded by the overwhelming belief that #ai is the future when it feels more like a black mirror, churning derivative ideas from the best and worst of humanity…? It’s the opposite of imagining better futures for humanity and planet, which is what we really need rn
- @Edinburgh_CC it's very easy to apply for a discount on your council tax but very hard to remove them? Please help #servicedesign
