As the Chief of Flight Safety of AirAsia India after launch, I resigned and left with 1 days notice.I refused to work for them for a minute after they asked me to hide safety related issues.Such is the safety culture there.They accused me of working for @DGCAIndia instead of them

I set up airlines flight operations after being called fm Singapore. Just culture & people's participation is what I had established as culture.1st ever fatigue management for pilots was made by me but rejected by #DGCA.I spoke my mind but further contract was blatanly violated.

In 2014 I had prepared & submitted the 1st Fatigue Risk Management System manual & proposal for @AirAsiaIndia , only to be rejected by @DGCAIndia saying it’s too futuristic. Leave alone airlines, there is no guidelines for Flight Schools Trainers on how much they can fly in a day

Heads should roll for this blunder,don't you agree?AAIB has published this figure in the VT-TTN incident report to depict the route the aircraft flew from Jammu to Amritsar (top right). All I see in bold is what is written on TOP LEFT! @HardeepSPuri @MoCA_GoI @PMOIndia @DGCAIndia

Wise men say"wait for the accident report & don't speculate" IX1344 accident report was to be released in 5 months, took 2 mth extension citing COVID19. It's 10 mths now, people have lost hope. Anyways don't expect anything out of it.
