Schizophrenia is such a heartbreaking disorder man. You literally have NO control over your mind. We sit here & complain abt not having this & not having that. Man be grateful for your SANITY.
My therapist told me no matter how big your heart is, some ppl will literally resent you for doing for them what they can’t do for themselves. That really hit me.
