Using pop culture for resistance symbolic is not a "unique" Indonesia trend btw. Many people have been using the same method for their protest. S.Korean brought a whole ass set of kpop lightsticks during their impeachment protest. You don't understand a single fucking thing

Contoh yg bisa aku pikirin tuh ya The Comic Gang. Ini drama yang labelnya BUKAN adaptasi seri animanga Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, tapi cuma inspired doang. Ini tetap dipromosikan oleh mangaka aslinya dan banyak didukung fans dari seri animanganya. Hasilnya emang luar biasa bagus

What I get from all your argument is that you care more about Sang Merah Putih than the struggle of Indonesian people. The flag itself fell on top of prayer guide during presidency visit event. I don't think Sang Merah Putih care about the oligarchy that much
