Oklahoma is not a "stop and identify" state and he was under no obligation to show his ID if he wasn't operating a car. They completely traumatized his autistic son. It gets over 100 degrees there. They are on an early morning walk. This was so wrong.

Thank you! The DA intentionally mislead the Grand Jury which is a violation of federal law. Texas needs to pass HB2640 requiring DA's to present exculpatory evidence in Grand jury proceedings.

My dad was a Vietnam Vet Leftist. We fought during the 2016 election. I finally sat him down 3 months ago and outlined the current policies of the left today. He thought I was lying, so I emailed him proof. He didn't realize his party left him long ago, and was shocked.
