My uncle killed himself yesterday. He was terminally ill; his endless struggles with addiction caused pain in my family-he also raised 4 kids who never stopped loving him. His life was meaningful, as every life is: nuanced moments of emotion and memory. I love and miss you Bruce.

I recorded a pretty wild cover of Wait and Bleed by Slipknot for @TheFlenser ‘s nü metal comp. I slowed everything way down, programmed some Andy Stott worship drums and played all of the the guitar parts with an E-Bow.

Feels like a dream to announce that I’ll be performing at Roadburn 2020 in the Netherlands. It’s an honor to be part of it alongside other @TheFlenser artists. I’m still in a grateful daze wrapping my head around how my home recordings are taking me to a place like this.

Cold Air was released 3 years ago today! It’s been about 4 years since it was recorded, although it genuinely feels like it came from another life, or at least a different self. This record marked a turning point for me; thanks to @TheFlenser for sending it into the world.
