You get into coaching to have the opportunity to work with young men like Guy Alford III. An absolute pleasure to coach. Coaches, players, classmates loved Guy. Every day he would always have a huge smile on his face. He worked my QB camp and was so great with the kids. Tragic.
So much respect for @CoachBBaldwin. He took a chance 9 years ago on a short QB nobody else wanted @bigplay_va. Now he goes against the grain again and gets another “short” QB in @ItsZachJohnson. Coach B knows if a guy can play, then has the guts to pull the trigger. Impressive.
