It's hard to leave the locker room 1 last time knowing it will never be the same. I hope every coach gets the opportunity to have players like @e_anderson4 & @itscjsteele & their unwavering trust. I am forever grateful, they turned the vision of UWL BB into a reality.@UWLaCrosse

Couldn’t be happier for Coach Finco. There is not another person more responsible for what UWL MBB has accomplished in the past 6 yrs. A perfect example for any young coach how to make a daily impact…in EVERY AREA! Thank you!

Each 1 of these guys has a special story. 1 example is @itscjsteele in the pic below, late night after a game in 2021. 15 months he rehabbed a torn ACL by himself thru a pandemic. I didn’t play him. How to he react?…he worked. He made me see him. An amazing human. A winner.
