- Never easy to do, I want to thank the @Senators, my teammates, the fans and the community for giving me an opportunity to grow as a player and as a person. I really enjoyed my time here and will have great memories of Ottawa.
- Couldn’t be more excited to be back with @NHLJets Looking forward to calling Winnipeg home for the next 4 years! Huge day for my family and all the sacrifices they’ve made and all the people who have helped me get to this stage. Everyone stay safe, hopefully we can be back soon!

- A whirlwind of emotions today. A big thank you to the @SanJoseSharks and the fans for everything over the years. Thank you for making my dreams of playing in the NHL a reality. Great group of guys in there wish them nothing but the best, I’ll always cherish my time in San Jose.

- Nothing wrong with bagging groceries but I highly doubt I’ll be doing that in 2 years
- Replying to @NHLPA and @NHLProud of not only our players but the players from all the leagues that have decided to opt out of games to shed light on the continued injustices and inequality. This may not lead to immediate results, but hopefully lead to more necessary conversations that will lead to change.

- Tough way to go out this year but super proud of everyone in the organization all the players, staff and management on dealing with all the challenges this year. Hope the world can get right in time for next season so we can get the MTS Centre rocking!
