Claiming that Bitcoin mining will always be secure overlooks the fact that hybrid cryptanalysis is also making headway against SHA-256: lattice methods, nearest-plane/Babai-type heuristics, and QUBO formulations for annealing—which are NOT quantum gate-based— 👇
