Except that Medicare doesn’t cover childhood vaccines and pediatricians, who give childhood vaccines, don’t treat Medicare eligible patients. So did he lie or does he not know the difference between Medicaid (which does cover kids) and Medicare? Either way, he should resign!

The standards should be job-based not gender-based. If your role requires you to march 10 miles with a 40 lb pack then that should be the test. Setting a standard at a male-based level that has nothing to do with the requirements of the job is just misogyny!
