what is, in your opinion, the greatest fighting game roster of all time for me its gotta be vampire savior. its missing my donovan, but its literally all hits theres nothing to complain about. a perfect 10/10 - I always found it cool that most Darkstalkers have a secondary defining trait beyond just being a monster. -Morrigan is a succubus and a transforming mecha(?) -Talbain is a werewolf and a kung fu master -Lord Raptor is a zombie and a punk rocker -BBHood is.... Yeah.
Respectfully: I completely disagree. Darkstalkers is fun because it's a bright, colorful, and VERY cartoony take on horror elements. The 1997 OVA leaned into the darker horror and it showed how far less interesting that would be. Let these monsters be silly.
