- Due to the heat, collections are taking longer than usual to allow crews to take water breaks. Tomorrow, we'll only collect green and brown bins. If your blue bin is due, please still put it out . We'll collect it on Saturday or Monday instead. Thank you for your patience.
- It remains impossibly hot and the Red Heat-Health alert is still in place. Please take care of yourselves and look out for others, particularly those that are vulnerable. Remember to drink lots of fluids, apply suncream and please don’t leave anyone in a closed vehicle.Due to the extreme heat, our bin collections will be slower than usual. This is to allow our crews to have much needed hydration breaks. If we don’t get to your bin on your scheduled day, then please leave it out and we will return for it.Further guidance on dealing with the heat and it’s impact on our services -
