    Cultures don’t change when coaches correct. Cultures change when teammates correct and hold each other accountable.

    Culture doesnt change when a coach tells a player he or she is wrong. Culture changes when players can tell their teammates, "No, that’s not how we do things around here."

    Today I lost my best friend and my role model. I’m truly at loss of words My Father didn’t tell me how to live; he lived, and let me watch him do it. I can only hope that I am only half as good of a father as he was. Thank you to all of the people who have reached out to us.

    Something I never realized as a kid, Discipline from my parents, teachers and coaches wasn’t punishment. It was out of love and desire to make me better. Discipline in life is the foundation of all greatness.

    This is the job board at @THSCAcoaches school. There is zero coaches that are looking for jobs, but hundreds of schools looking for coaches. We are in a profession that dying and we need to do a better job telling our story. Our profession is a special one that we must protect.

    As a coach/ teacher or player, If you walk by something that isn’t up to standard and don’t correct it, then you have just created a new lower standard. Culture is created on its own or with intent.
