    This is both shocking and saddening. Having the honor of serving as counsel to Senator Graham on the Judiciary Committee was a tremendous privilege I’ll always be grateful for. He loved America and South Carolina deeply and was a truly dedicated public servant who will be missed.

    OSC closed its investigation into a whistleblower disclosure at the Department of Education. Despite filing a Notice of Compliance, agency leadership violated a federal court injunction on Title IX guidance across multiple offices and management levels from 2022 through 2024.
