Here is 30 seconds of the robot making me say bad words.
With all the exciting stuff coming out, I want to remind everyone how we got here. You’re right, underground delivery is really, really, hard. It takes a lot of trial AND ERROR to make it happen.
So enjoy these errors :D
This is Pipedream’s first underground delivery system… and maybe my last time seeing it [im starting my own company!]. I was hired to build this when I was but a wee 20 year old lad.
With the big updates, I wanna to show yalls a bit of what I’ve worked on, and how we got to
Carrying a comically large box of metal through an airport is a trial every engineer must go through. Some aliken it to your first order on McMaster, graduation of university, or perhaps even birth of your firstborn.
When Pipedream’s first network in Atlanta was lookin rough, I was hired to “make it work”. For a solid year I was literally in the trenches leading engineering integration, construction - everything to do with building a robot tunnel in a city - essentially by myself.
Not sure this was my official title but I’m happy to have filled this role @pipedream_labs for 2 years. Hope someone can take over when I’m at my next project in March. Highly recommend. It could be you!
The startup community is amazing.
> doing first of its kind robot installation in new city
> run into annoying mechanical issue
> local founder turns on his factory to make components to solve problem
Couldn’t thank Kenneth (and his son who helped deburr the stuff) more for
Couldn’t be more bullish on Pipedream
Contractors were too slow. so their engineers are out on site doing an install
Great customers and even greater friends
Swung by to drop off some parts for @chianlihang
After months of building, I’m OFFICIALLY announcing Medici 🥳🥳 The digital art market is broken, and I’m gonna fix it starting with a simple display.

At @pipedream_labs , we're building the internet for atoms.
Not as a concept, but as a real, citywide network starting this year. Our goal is to help make 15 min delivery possible for everything & everyone.
Here's what we've been up to this last year to make this happen:
Damn we’ve made so much progress since this video
- enlarged our system 33% to fit more cargo
- completed Georgia pilot network
- installed a new system in REDACTED
- redesigned robot to be ~5x faster
- moved into a cool new office

What if we connected a ‘delivery tube’ to every home?
That’s the idea behind @pipedream_labs - a logistics company that is trying to replace big, inefficient delivery trucks with robots and tunnels.

Spent the last 2 months of my life designing the first @pipedream_labs delivery tunnel cleaner. Today all systems ran together for the first time :) INTO THE TUNNELS TOMORROW 🫡🔥🔥🔥
