Modern Renaissance woman @AnnaKiesenhofer - has a BS, Masters, & PhD in math - is a postdoc researching partial differential equations - won an Olympic gold medal in cycling today despite being an amateur cyclist. She led the race from the start & was alone for the last 41km(!!)

When I was a college senior, I interviewed with a startup CTO who told me "To be radically candid with you, I don't understand why you want to join a startup when you bring ZERO value to the table." Years later they email me nonstop to join. Never overlook young & hungry talent

Surprising that many startups aren't hiring early-career talent. Some of our best at Warp were new grads. Cursor, Robinhood, Scale, and countless others were built on the backs of new grads. Don't sleep on young and hungry talent.
