    10% a week is safe. The other thing that will help a ton is take a small part of that long run and have a faster pace. So If you are running 15, take 2 miles of that and try and run 30 seconds faster per mile or whatever your half marathon goal is. Take little bites. So

    @NationalSportID This is absurd! You want to charge me $5 to update my kids graduating class. Maybe I wouldn't have entered the wrong graduating class if you only asked what grade is he currently in, instead of asking two questions for the same answer. The shitification and
