Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005. The Palestinians made it a terror base from which they launched the Oct 7 massacre. Then without provocation, Hezbollah rained 10,000 missiles on northern Israel. Israel will guarantee its own security now.

Actually, I’m an Iranian-American Jew. I haven’t been able to visit Iran my entire life. Many many people are in the same boat. Almost all Middle Eastern Jews were thrown out of their lands as my parents and grandparents were. And yet none of us embraced terrorism. War is tragic,

One of the benefits of being outspoken is intolerant people around you self-select their way out. I’m sure Sequoia is better off with one less cancel culture adherent and reinforcing its brand as a home for independent thinkers like @shaunmmaguire.

I teach a class on Media Misinformation at USC. We review case studies weekly of “fake news” from all times and places. The @nytimes’ coverage yesterday will go down among the most egregious and harmful examples of fake news in history. It was that bad.

The central theme of your post, “distractions,” is the consequence of far Left activists, quasi-domestic terrorist groups like Antifa, and Democrat operatives (eg Russiagate hoax) sowing chaos to override normal democratic processes. They should not be rewarded for this.
