I was a very long time conservative member but cancelled my membership in June before the election. I had a frank exchange of views with central office by email then told them to remove me from all their lists. Was horrified it came to that. Reform for me now!

Accommodation ships moored offshore is the answer Paula. These people would then be secure; thus unable to “do a runner,” or be free to roam the streets and of course; all the hotels would be emptied. They can be looked after onboard securely until their status is confirmed.

I worked in Saudi Arabia for many years. There are no churches (or any other religious establishments except Mosques); the bible is a banned publication; my wife was obliged to wear a black “Abaya” overgarment. If illegal migrants rolled up in a dingy, they’d probably be shot.
