- Hungary PM Peter Magyar continues to boost his image with heroic footage of him saving the country micromanaging the situation in Paks, but PR aside it's becoming increasingly clear that the Tisza cabinet is not "filled with experts" but with people who react far slower than need
- The National Asset Recovery Office announced a search for 5 senior people this week. They have less than a week to fill these positions, for which they say they have no one in mind (I don't believe them). And in the arts, top dog Vidnyansky is under serious pressure and in a
- A court rules that the raid that took all of Fidesz's data was illegal, but the data is likely out there somewhere already so the decision is moot. And Tisza, for all its promises of accountability, shows when push comes to shove, they were just empty words all along.
- Yesterday Budapest had a press conference where very lacklustre plans for the August 20 celebration were announced, meanwhile Hungary PM Peter Magyar took a helicopter ride to Paks to check things out. Helicopters have been controversial in the past, but not now. Weird.
