It's not even about pretense for all, there is always a red flag in everybody if you want to see it, and at times you wouldn't know a red flag you are willing to live your entire life with till you start living with it...
For anyone or everyone that want to govern a state, pls try and study (not read) ‘Triumph Of The City’ by Ed Glaeser. As recommended by @DoubleEph. Very important book.

Man said NNPC received information of the methanol on since 20th of January... and went to on to deflect that their quality control cant detect methanol... just another shameless person...
