I just received a letter in the mail today. I am being summoned in a New York Bankruptcy Court by Celsius Network LLC. They're trying to claw back HUNDREDS of THOUSANDs dollars that I withdrew before the collapse. Their goal is to take the money I initially deposited.- I'll buy an ADA for every like or retweet this post gets, and send it to someone in Cardano(reply) for Christmas.

- Replying to @bigpeyThis sets a horrible precedent for our entire industry. I was a user of this platform, I deposited my own funds, and I withdrew my own funds. A precedent is being set here, that users of crypto platforms(depositers), adopt liability for any malicious activity a company preforms.

- Replying to @bigpeyI am at a loss of words. I withdrew this money to pay my taxes without knowing of any potential collapse. Now they come after me years later for my own capital. They are stating I am liable for the mistakes that were made behind the scenes. Many people got this notice.

- Replying to @bigpeyI used a platform that committed fraud without knowing. I never marketed this platform to anyone. Now they're claiming I am liable for the fraud of a platform that I used. Our industry is a shit show. Don't use anything centralized if you don't want liability.
