Who knows which opera this aria is from?
I haven’t performed this role yet, but loved working on the aria for my recent concert in Luxembourg with the Solistes Européens.

I am always happy to perform French repertoire, and it is especially an honor to share this repertoire with the audience at @operadeparis.
Tonight, we begin our run of “Les Contes d’Hoffmann” with a wonderful cast, lead by Eun Sun Kim.
I love how Hofmann’s first aria switches from comedy to heartfelt in a moment…there is so much to explore in this piece from an acting and musical perspective. It is a role I will continue exploring for seasons to come.
Tonight: my debut @metopera! It is an honor to sing at such a legendary house, & to introduce myself to #NewYork.
I will be singing Duca alongside @RosaFeolaSinger as Gilda, & Quinn Kelsey in the title role while @speranzascapp leads from the @METOrchestra from the pit.
