Even though we are deep into agentic coding, we did take Theo's words to heart. @morawski_aw implemented an extremely good and complex PR reviewer - since yesterday, we have spent less time reviewing and more shipping.
I think all developers need to read less code. I know this is a hot take, but I think you'll agree if you listen.
