Used to manage $100T in NYC. Now I'm rolling up home building companies in Ohio. We build 100,000 homes per year. | Dartmouth MBA | ex-Goldman | Parody
Just hired this younger guy named Trevor.
Showed up to paint one of my units wearing Heelys.
He was done by lunch.
Now I’m getting my whole crew Heelys as mandatory uniform.
Still charging for a full day though…
We were contracted to remodel 500 Cracker Barrels over the next 5 years and we just wrapped up our first one.
What do you guys think of the fresh modern rebrand?!
My site supervisor sends me progress videos each day for quality control.
He sent me this video of a $120,000 deck we’re wrapping up and I love his attitude!
My guys are always doing the absolute best job they can.
You can really tell they take pride in their work!
We need solid, affordable homes for the middle class and I'm doing my part.
I built these new, 1,400 square foot homes in Worthington, Ohio and we're selling them for only $979k.
Finally, hard-working middle class Americans can afford a decent home!

My tenant just texted me this video asking me if it’s normal for his plumbing to short out.
I told him to unplug his sink and plug it back in.
Never heard back from him but you better believe I will send him a $499 invoice for a service call.
Build walkable communities.
This new 140-home development we just completed is walkable to a full-service gas station and liquor store, which is just 3.7 miles away (see the red dot).
Our lives don't have to revolve around cars.
Construction Tip: The foundation is literally the least important part of the home build.
No one will ever see it after you frame the house out, so don't sweat any imperfections!
