Extremely happy to announce that my book will come out from Cambridge University Press in August. The Silent Rebellion has been in making since 2013. It explores the world of Indian workers & conceptualises a non-working history of working lives.

I feel very torn to share the cover of my forthcoming book at a time when critical arts and humanities knowledge has become less desirable worldwide. Nevertheless, this is also time when our passion for new knowledge rescues us from gloom. So happy to share

I watched Satluj. Can’t stop thinking about it & families who suffered & waited for their loved ones to come back I also can’t think of why it would be not aired. If organizations have issues with it, they should issue rejoinder & leave it for people to decide. Mature democracy?
