The amount of pain most people in India go through to earn even a modest living is astounding. If someone can simply solve the unemployment problem in India, it will be the biggest ever opportunity to build. Who are the top startups out there in *expanding* demand for people?

Proud to note that @myspinny delivered a record 532 cars to consumers on a single day. This beats 432 we did last year at the beginning of Navratri/Golu. Fun fact - with AOV of 6.25L, we did 32Cr on a *single day*, 7x more than what we used to do in *entire month* back in

I'm lucky to have found my purpose early in my life. I'm also lucky to have a support system that allows me to pursue it with 100% force. As a consequence, my work feels not like work at all. While impact is bound to happen, the journey continues to be as exciting as ever (/1)

With the pace of recruitment picking up at @BlumeVentures I feel very much like a startup founder who can't find enough time and profiles to close positions. And there's competition from other startups pulling great talent too. Exciting times to be a VC in India!

India has a chronic problem - that our elites (typically people who are both most vocal and most heard) don't trust our government. Their cynicism leads to western media painting India in a bad light which gives them more reasons to continue perpetuate this vicious cycle.
