    don’t stress over calories in healthy food, ex: if there’s a healthy snack you want but you’re avoiding it because its 200-300 cal, EAT IT! it will prevent you from binging & overeating later in the day. 🍣

    sweetspo is superior. 🌷 being kind to yourself and tricking yourself into thinking your ed is just self care will make your habits STICK! when you make weight loss miserable you will end up wanting to reward yourself with food which can lead to binges & can turn into a cycle.

    🥦 SNACKING THROUGHOUT THE DAY > OMAD ! snacking on healthy low cal foods will keep your metabolism kickin & make you feel like you’ve eaten way more than you did. another trick is to split your omad into multiple portions and eat it at different times in the day.

    keep yourself busy , play video games, make pinterest boards, make new playlists, do your favorite hobby, list old clothes on depop, brush your teeth, spend so much time planning your next meal/snack that you get distracted, journal, text your friends, DISTRACTIONS 🙈

    eat AFTER you workout. that way you know how many calories you burned & will be more mindful of what you eat , as well as working out before eating means your burning stored calories & not just burning off whatever you just ate , so you will lose weight quicker! 🐇

    when you’re craving something , try and fit it into your schedule instead of immediately going for it. look forward to it and build excitement for it, and limit calories in following days accordingly to fit the craving in your budget. 📌

    think about what specifically your craving. ex: you want a chicken sandwich. are you craving chicken? what do you want on the sandwich? what can you take off it? do you need the bun? can you switch the sauce out for a healthier one? can you switch a fried patty for a grilled one?
