    After doing OMAD “one meal a day” for 3.5yrs including very little carbs & running 10 miles almost every day (fasted cardio, w/ no food for +20 hrs) & feeling the best I’ve ever felt it’s mind blowing 2 me that we think the human body needs 2 be eating nonstop w THREE meals / day

    Miami is the next Silicon Valley I haven’t seen so much buzz and excitement among young brilliant founders happy to come and explore since I started working on startups in SF when NO ONE was in SF in 2005 everyone was in the South Bay - Mountain View Cupertino Sunnyvale etc

    Or just do OMAD 1 meal each evening (no calories until dinner, black coffee in morning is ok), cut simple carbs rice sugar bread pasta alcohol etc, and eat greens fish and meats, exercise every day, drink lots of water, and you’ll be as good or better off, you don’t need all this
