You are well settled in your home.. your office is less than 30 min commute, kids school is less than 15-20 min commute.. Now the home owner asks you to vacate since he is selling the home.. Not every investment needs to be measured against index returns..

We at @JarAppHQ crossed $20 million ARR this July... It took us 3 years to go from 0-$10 million and only 3 months to go from $10 million to $20 million ARR... Super grateful and proud of everyone’s effort.. Next milestone free cash flow 🙂

It’s not just about shopping. Malls offer what our cities often don’t… I.e clean, walkable space, working lights, AC, safety, and a crowd you feel comfortable around… Lack for third space for families like lakes, parks, libraries, picnic spots and make more.. It’s less about
