    Zanzibar is trending. And the Warere beach hotel's Google rating has gone from 4.5 to 1.2. This won't repair what @zanaibdehinde experienced but perhaps it will prevent other women from experiencing similar trauma. Tanzania needs to improve its experience for Black women.

    I met again with the IGP tonight. Our determination to reform the police should never be in doubt. I am being briefed regularly on the reform efforts ongoing to end police brutality and unethical conduct, and ensure that the Police are fully accountable to the people.

    Bassirou Diomaye Faye, 5th elected president of Senegal, was born in 1980. Opposition candidate, the 43 year old was recently released from prison after spending 11 months in detention. He was a replacement for the popular Sonko, who was ineligible for the election.
