There are some false online rumors floating around about the earthquake damaging Lucky Peak dam. They are not true. If you see people sharing that, please tell them to stop.

The suspect in the officer-involved shooting earlier this morning is in custody. Deputies located him in a corn field near the Idaho 16/Beacon Light intersection. He turned himself in.

The search for missing 2-year-old Rory Pope is over. He was recovered from the pond behind N. Arena Ave. early this morning. Crews had spent all night pumping water out of the pond. He was found when the water level dropped.

Ammon Bundy is back in custody at the Ada County Jail. ISP arrested Bundy at the Idaho Statehouse Wednesday morning on a second set of trespassing and resisting arrest charges.

The girls have been found. They are safe. All is well. They were just found in a neighborhood a few blocks away near a house under construction on E. Folgado Street.

We haven't been able to say this very often over the last year or so, but the waiting time at our Driver's License Office at 400 N. Benjamin Lane right now is 0 minutes.

Here’s a picture of Rory Pope, the missing 2-year-old boy was last seen in the area of W. Nordic Dr. in Eagle. This photo is from earlier today, so these are the clothes he is wearing. Eagle Police, Fire, and neighbors are all looking for him. Anyone with info should call 911.

At this point, crews are fully staffed as they continue to search for Rory Pope. Adding extra people at this time is not necessary. If we need volunteers, we will let you know. We totally understand and appreciate that people want to help. Thanks for your patience.

Eagle Police, ACSO deputies, and Boise Police are re-searching the neighborhood where Rory Pope was last seen yesterday. We’ll update you here if there are any developments.

Eagle, Boise, Meridian, Star, and BLM fire crews are battling a grass fire near Hill Road between Horseshoe Bend and Seamans Gulch roads. Deputies have recommended voluntary evacuations on about a dozen homes on the north side of W. Hill Rd.

Good news! The missing Star 4-wheelers have been found and appear to be okay. Initial info indicates they got stuck somewhere in the Danskin mountains near Prairie. They’re on their way home now. Thanks to everyone who helped.
